Welcome to N-LINK ERP, a business management solution provided, implemented, managed, and supported by NLINK IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

By accessing or using N-LINK ERP, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

N-LINK ERP provides business management functionality that may include accounting, human resources, customer management, projects, tasks, inventory, reporting, integrations, and other business-related features depending on the services enabled for the customer.

Implementation, configuration, hosting, customization, integration, maintenance, training, and technical support services may be provided by NLINK IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

2. Open-Source Software

N-LINK ERP incorporates and builds upon open-source software, including ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.

ERPNext is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3). Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict or replace any rights granted under the applicable open-source licenses.

3. Trademarks

ERPNext and Frappe, including their respective names and logos, are trademarks of their respective owners.

NLINK IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. does not claim ownership of the ERPNext or Frappe trademarks.

References to ERPNext and Frappe are made to identify the underlying open-source technologies used by the platform and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

4. User Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their usernames, passwords, and other account credentials.

Users must not share credentials with unauthorized persons or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, data, or associated infrastructure.

Organizations using N-LINK ERP are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to their users.

5. Acceptable Use

N-LINK ERP must not be used:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent activities.
  • To gain unauthorized access to systems or information.
  • To intentionally introduce malicious software or harmful code.
  • To interfere with the availability or security of the platform.
  • In any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of information entered or uploaded into N-LINK ERP.

NLINK IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. may process customer data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, back up, or improve the contracted services, subject to applicable agreements and laws.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

N-LINK ERP may integrate with third-party products and services such as email providers, cloud infrastructure, communication platforms, Google services, payment services, or other business applications.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, licenses, privacy policies, pricing, and availability conditions.

NLINK IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or failures caused solely by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, security updates, backups, and improvements to N-LINK ERP.

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service interruptions, security requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Fees and Services

Fees may apply for services including hosting, implementation, customization, integrations, maintenance, support, training, and other professional services.

Commercial service charges are separate from rights provided under applicable open-source software licenses.

Specific pricing, payment terms, service scope, and support arrangements may be governed by the customer's proposal, quotation, service agreement, or other commercial agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

The N-LINK ERP name, branding, independently developed materials, custom integrations, documentation, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Open-source components remain governed by their respective open-source licenses and copyright notices.

Nothing in these Terms changes or limits rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NLINK IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension or Termination

Access to N-LINK ERP services may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable service agreement, including in cases of non-payment, misuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or material violation of agreed terms.

Applicable open-source rights remain governed separately by their respective licenses.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

The latest published version will apply from its stated effective or updated date.
